My recipes are inspired by dishes, ingredients and food traditions from the country we're exploring. Some recipes stay close to traditional dishes, while others are adapted to be vegan or inspired by the flavours and ingredients of the destination.
I always aim to approach the food cultures we explore with care and respect.
Inside your envelope, you'll find:

The envelope is a size C5. The envelope and the letter cards are A5-sized and sometimes smaller printed materials.
No. The Vegan Explorer Club is a mail club, not a meal kit.
You'll receive the physical recipe cards and everything you need to discover the month's culinary journey — but you need to buy the ingredients yourself. This also means you can find ingredients locally and make the recipes your own.

I aim to create recipes that can be made with ingredients and kitchen equipment you can reasonably find at home or in a well-stocked supermarket. When a less common ingredient is used, I'll provide suggestions for alternatives where possible.

You can order individual issues without subscribing to the Mail Club. This is a great way to try The Vegan Explorer before committing to a subscription. The monthly subscription comes with a discount, so the single issue will be a bit more expensive.

Your subscription is charged once a month.
Your payment date and shipping date are separate.
I accept the payment methods available at checkout, which include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay Pal and other local payment methods, depending on your location.
Unfortunatley PayPal is currently only available for single issues. I'm working on fixing this. In the meantime please choose another payment method for the subscription.

You can cancel or pause your subscription via the link in your confirmation email. For a refund for the current month, please e-mail me: hello@theveganexplorerclub.com.
Cancellations and changes to the shipping adress for the current months edition can be made until the 10th.
I ship all monthly letters from Germany on the 15th of each month.
Subscribe by the 10th of the month: Your first letter will be included in that month's shipment.
